I’m Michelle Nicole - criminologist, justice educator, avid truth-teller, and founder of the Passion & Power firm.
I believe that justice is more than a social value, a system of laws, or an outcome that results from unfocused, low-risk advocacy action.
Justice is a practice.
And if we want to effectively address racial injustice & harm in our communities so we can experience safer communities rooted in principles of equity, justice, and liberation, then we must learn to practice restorative justice.
